Welcome!
Trunk or Treat is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to partner with you in this year’s efforts! With expanded activities, we’re offering even more opportunities to connect with our community in meaningful ways. Whether you’re an individual, a family, or part of a group, there’s a place for everyone who calls Bible Center home to get involved.
Thank you!
Thank you for choosing to be a part of providing a fun and safe event for our community! It’s our desire to make the event run as smoothly as possible—and we want our volunteers to have a blast. We couldn’t do it without you!
5 Guidelines for Volunteers
Because Trunk or Treat continues to grow, the following guidelines have been implemented to aid in keeping the event safe, organized, family-friendly, and fun.
- Trunk or Treat is hosted by Bible Center for the community; therefore, we ask that volunteers and vehicle hosts are affiliated with Bible Center Church, School, or Preschool.
- All vehicles must be pre-registered (by the Thursday before the event). This will allow us to assign parking spaces and will help our parking lot crew to be ready to check in and direct those providing vehicles. Spaces are limited this year, and those who are not pre-registered will not be able to park.
- Please keep all costumes and decorations family-friendly and appropriate for small children.
- Solicitation and political agendas should be avoided.
- Materials promoting businesses, candidates, or other events are not permitted.

Providing a Vehicle?
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to attend Bible Center to host a vehicle?
Because Bible Center Church is hosting the event for the community, we ask that volunteers and vehicle hosts are those who call Bible Center Church their church home, or are connected to our School or Preschool.
For the safety of the event and all involved, adults may be asked to complete a background check, depending on their area of serving.
What time should I arrive, and where do I go?
- 2:00-2:30 | Arrive at the church. Vehicles must be decorated and manned by 3:30. (Due to traffic, you may have trouble getting in if you are late)
- When you arrive, check in with a parking attendant. You will receive a number that coordinates with a parking space. Bays will be marked A, B, C, and D.
- You’ll proceed to the indicated bay and then to the designated parking space.
- We always run out of candy. Giving each child one piece is a great way to make it go farther since most visit all of the cars at least once.
Where do I park?
Vehicles will be assigned a number that coordinates to a parking spot. Once you arrive, the parking attendants will direct you to your spot. If you are registering with a group, indicate the number of vehicles you will have in your group, and you will be assigned spots next to each other.
To facilitate parking and organization, vehicles must be registered. If your group doesn’t register together, we can’t guarantee you can park together. Vehicles that are not pre-registered will not be able to park as all spots will be pre-assigned.
Am I required to decorate my vehicle to attend Trunk or Treat?
No. Decorating your vehicle is optional. But there are many cute ways to decorate. Keep it simple, quick & contained to the trunk of your vehicle.
Do I provide my own treats/candy?
All donated candy will be used for Trunk or Treat; however, you may supplement with your own supply of candy as well.
How much candy do I hand out?
Please give each child 1 piece per vehicle. Remember most children visit all of the cars at least once.
Is there a decorating contest for the “best” decorated vehicle?
Yes. The winning vehicle will be announced and awarded a “huge” trophy! The overall judging will be based on creativity and presentation.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
Please email: Tiffany Korth (tkorth@biblecenterchurch.com).
Donating Candy & Items
Donate Candy
Beginning Sunday, October 6, a drop-off station will be located in the lobby behind the fireplace. Bags of individually wrapped candy can be dropped off any time the church is open.
Short on time? Order from our Amazon list, and have items delivered straight to the church. The list includes candy, non-food items, and gift cards for prize drawings.
Donate Small Non-food Items
We would like to provide non-food treats for those who may have dietary restrictions or food allergies, or those affected by special needs. This would allow children who cannot have candy and sweets to participate in this fun day!
